We collect only the information you choose to share when asking about a project. We use it to respond, learn whether we are a good fit, and—if you choose—to plan and create that project with you.

Information you share

When you submit a project inquiry, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, requested service, desired date, location, budget range, project description, and any reference link you include.

Please do not submit sensitive information such as financial account details, government identification numbers, medical information, passwords, or confidential information belonging to someone else.

How we use it

We use inquiry information only to:

  • respond to your message;
  • discuss whether you would like to connect and work together;
  • understand, estimate, schedule, and create the project you requested; and
  • maintain necessary business records if a project moves forward.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use inquiry information for unrelated advertising, mailing lists, or automated profiling.

Website and media services

Our hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps.

Fonts load from Google Fonts, and film thumbnails load from YouTube thumbnail servers. The privacy-enhanced YouTube player loads only after you select a film. Those providers may receive technical information under their own privacy policies. Portfolio photography is hosted directly on this website.

We do not currently use advertising trackers or our own analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law.

When information is shared

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf. We may also share only what is necessary with trusted project collaborators or service providers when you ask us to move forward with a project.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or prevent fraud or misuse. We do not permit service providers to use inquiry information for their own unrelated purposes.

Retention and security

We keep inquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or complete the requested project, maintain necessary business records, and meet legal obligations. Inquiries that do not move forward are periodically deleted.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask what inquiry information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw from project discussions. Use the project inquiry form and write “Privacy request” at the beginning of your message. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You can browse the site without submitting the inquiry form. The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes and questions

We may update this policy when our website or practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
